There’s something big happening at Leo Adams Middle School. What started with a few Elevate students influencing others in their school, has exploded into an incredible group of students who have become a family. It isn’t hype. These are real changed lives, as students are coming to Elevate, inviting friends, and leading each other to Christ. Salofi Aumoeualogo was an 8th grade student this year who made a huge impact at Adams Middle School. Check out a snapshot of what God is doing in Salofi and in his school.
“Everything changed for me during the Fall Retreat at Elevate. It was all just hitting home.
My heart changed, my school changed, my actions changed. I had never been in the presence of God like that before.
I now expect a lot more from myself every day. I now have quiet times every day and read the Bible a lot. Spending time with God helps because I know that God is there with me every step of the way. It helps to know that when you’re in bad situations, He is there with you. He will never leave you and never let you go, no matter what.
It’s very nice to have a place to go like Elevate where you just know that no one will judge you, you can just be yourself. It is a place where friends can be friends, and where people break down their walls and become free of the sins of their past.
The change at Adams has been amazing. Everyone is a family now.
We care for each other and we hold each other accountable. It’s like home. Having spiritual family at school has changed my life and the lives of so many of my friends.”
-Salofi Aumoeualogo
“Two teachers remarked on how the culture of the school has changed in such a big way. The students who were influencing in a negative way have been changed and are making a positive impact. The conversations at the lunch tables changed. The talk in classes changed.
With 130 Adams Middle School students attending Elevate, we’ve seen 56 of those students give their lives to Jesus over the past two months alone…and we believe this is just the beginning.
The excitement of what is happening at Adams has permeated into the environment, and other students are seeing what is possible at their own schools.
It is easy to see that God is doing something big. This is easily one of the biggest revivals in a single school that we have seen in since the start of Elevate, and we can’t wait to see what God does in the Fall semester.”

June 1, 2019 at 11:52 amI am so amazed with everything that has happened at Adams!!! it’s crazy because I went to Elementary school and part of middle school with a lot of the students (I moved to online school). I would always think of ways that I would be able to get them to church. But now that we are old enough to come to elevate and that Tre and Cooper moved to Adams, they have brought so many people that I would consistently pray for that they would come to know Jesus!!!
